"Stanley performed a True Colors session for my leadership team several years ago. We loved submitting our personality questionnaires in advance and seeing the output in the session. It was clear from the presentation that Stanley is well rehearsed in the different personality types and has a passion for teaching. What better way is there to connect with the team you manage than by knowing a little bit more about the individuals on the team and knowing how they think? True Colors dives into our thought process and helps us understand one another and how we think.
